PEARRL research
|
Marina will be working on a project on developing in vivo and in vitro methods for predicting drug formulation performance in paedeatric populations. The optimization of biorelevant media will be based on the collected clinical research data and the dissolution testing. A PBPK model will be established and assessed, providing the means for accelaration of paedeatric product registration.
