Ioannis Loisios-Konstantinidis (ESR13) and Rafael Leal Monteiro Paraiso (ESR8) organised a PEARRLs for Girls event by JWGU at the Frankfurt International School (FIS) on 3rd May 2018. Ioannis together Rafael organised the first PEARRLs for Girls event led by JWGU at the Frankfurt International School (FIS). The two PEARRL ESRs led a very interesting discussion with about the pharmaceutical studies and the different career opportunities that pharmacy graduates can have afterwards, emphasising on the background diversity of the scientists involved in the chain of drug development. The five students aged between 15 and 17 were introduced to the PEARRL project as a whole and to the research focus of the JWGU group in Frankfurt, Germany.
