Daniel Price's (ESR3) and Patrick O’Dwyer’s (ESR10) posters were both accepted and displayed at the AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition 2017 in San Diego, California. Daniel's poster entitled "A Novel In Silico Screening Protocol For The Selection Of Optimized Precipitation Inhibitor Systems For Supersaturable Formulations" was created in collaboration with Christoph Saal (Merck), Anita Nair (Merck) and Jennifer Dressman (JWGU). As Patrick is currently completing his secondment at EMA, his supervisor, Karl Box, presented the poster on his behalf. The poster entitled "In vitro Modelling of Propranolol Immediate Release and Extended Release Formulations Using a Three Chamber Dissolution Apparatus" was created in collaboration with Hayley Watson (Sirius), Robert Tylor (Sirius) and Karl Box (Sirius). |
The AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition 2017 is one of the most comprehensive pharmaceutical science events of the year. It featured more than 100 scientific sessions, 2200 posters as well as workshops and short courses. Moreover, it offered a great opportunity to engage in networking activities with scientists from across the pharmaceutical field.
