Objectives
PEARRL will drive innovation, economic growth and create job opportunities for highly qualified researchers as well as help achieve the EU`s objectives in Horizon 2020 with its emphasis on excellent science, industrial leadership and tackling societal challenges.
Network
The members of the PEARRL consortium have been carefully selected to bring together a multi-disciplinary, multisectorial and multi-national network that offers the best response to scientific, economic and societal challenges. Our network consists of 9 Beneficiaries and 10 Partner Organisations from 8 different countries. The Consortium covers the entire chain of knowledge, i.e. development and training from the laboratory to the end-user and market.
Beneficiaries
Our 9 Beneficiaries (B) employ the 15 Early Stage Researchers (PhDs) for 3 years each. They closely collaborate on different research themes, offer joint training activities for the PhDs and researchers outside the PEARRL network, and co-supervise the progress of the doctoral theses.
Partner Organisations
The Partner Organisations (P) offer specialised training for example in form of internships, courses and workshops in their respective field to give the PhD a competitive advantage.
Have a look at the PEARRL project's results. We mainly disseminate our findings through scientific publications, but also via magazine articles, newspapers and video presentations.
